One God unified and existing as 3 distinct persons all in equal relation to each other
FATHER
In the begging God created the heavens and the earth. God the Father, the creator of all things, the one who has all dominion and authority over all the seen & unseen world and the one who sent his only begotten son to die for our sins
SON
(JESUS CHRIST)
Jesus is the son of God, whom God gave all authority to. The one who is the way the truth and the light. The one who made the ultimate sacrifice to pay for our sins, by coming down in the flesh to live with us but in perfection without sin. The one who says come to me all who are heavy burdened and I will give your rest.
HOLY SPIRIT
The Holy Spirit lives inside all of us who accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and repentance of our sins. As believers we are convicted of our sins and guided by the Holy Spirit to live righteous in God. As Christians, we are gifted the power through the Holy Spirit to overcome the temptation and sinful nature of the flesh.
As Jesus say’s in Acts 1: 8 (NLT) “ But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. And you will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere - in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
The as Peter says in Acts 2: 38 (NLT) “Peter replied, “Each of you must repent of your sins and turn to God and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. Then you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
